- • Mandatory manpower reporting (Law No. 7/1981)

- • Bank statement (last 1–3 months)
- • Director’s ID card and tax ID (KTP & NPWP)
- • Director’s passport photo
- • ID card and passport photo of accompanying Indonesian employee
- • Blank company letterhead
- • Company letterhead with official stamp
